- You may return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for the return process.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
5. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@boostedgreens.com for a replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for defective product exchanges.
6. Final Sale Items
- Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.
